By accessing, purchasing, or using our Product, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

By purchasing or using our Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use or purchase the Product.

2. Eligibility

To place an order or use our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate, truthful and complete information during the purchase process.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure accurate product descriptions and specifications. However, slight variations in colour, design, or size may occur due to screen displays or manufacturing processes.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices for the Product are listed in GBP and may be subject to additional taxes or shipping charges. We reserve the right to change the prices at any time without prior notice. However, any price change will not affect confirmed orders.

  • Payment must be made at the time of purchase through the available payment methods (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or carrier issues. We are not liable for such delays.

  • Risk of Loss: Once the Product is shipped, the risk of loss passes to you. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details on how to return the Product.

  • Returns: Products must be returned in their original condition within 90 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

  • Refunds: Once the returned Product is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-14 business days (​in some cases, 20 business days).

7. Warranty

The Portable LED Booklight comes with a 90-day warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Product. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product.

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of SwiftyCarts and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission from us.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Product shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the UK, and you waive any right to a jury trial or participation in a class-action lawsuit.
